FuelUp treats your food logs, body weight and progress photographs as sensitive personal information. This page explains what we collect and what you control.

What we store

Your account email, the profile details you enter during onboarding, the meals you log, your weight entries, water entries and any photos you choose to upload.

How it is protected

Every record is tied to your account and access rules on our servers prevent anyone else from reading it. Meal photos are stored in a private bucket and are only served to you through short-lived signed links.

AI processing

When you scan a meal, the photo is sent to an AI model to produce an estimate. Photos are never used to train models without separate, explicit permission from you.

Consent

You confirm during onboarding that you are 18 or older and that you consent to FuelUp storing health-related information to provide the service.

Your controls

From Profile you can export everything as a file, delete all your uploaded meal photos, or delete your account and its data permanently.
